Jelly Fizz 1.1.2: the cork on level 6, ice that melts, and fewer interruptions

A small update that fixes what 1.1 got wrong on the levels where the first rules arrive: a cork that looked closed when it was open, ice that vanished early, a label over the glass, and too many windows between levels.
